Praja lets you connect a Facebook Page, an Instagram Business or Creator account, or an X account, so that a post you write in Praja can be published to them at the same time. This page explains how to delete the data we hold for those connections.
For each connected account: an access token issued by that platform, stored encrypted; the account's name and identifier; and the permissions you granted. We use the token only to publish what you compose in Praja, and to read back the post we just created so we can show you whether it worked.
We do not store your feed, your messages, your friends or followers, or any content you did not create through Praja.
Either of these removes the stored token:
Tokens for accounts that have been disconnected or have expired are deleted automatically, and the record of a disconnected account is removed after 30 days.
Deleting a connection does not remove posts that have already gone out. You can delete a post from Praja and choose which platforms to remove it from as well — except Instagram, which gives applications no way to delete a post on your behalf. Those have to be removed in the Instagram app.
Write to tech@praja.buzz and we will action the request by hand. See also our Privacy Policy.
